Wineries Unlimited wishes to thank and salute all those who actively participated in 2010’s silent and live auctions. Whether auction bidder or item donor, every participant made a great show of support for the eastern wine industry. Proceeds will benefit the ASEV/ES Scholarship Program to help perpetuate the unique industry in which we work, grow, and thrive. We appreciate your continued support and hope you’ll join in this beneficial activity next year. Pledge your auction item early to guarantee a listing as a donor in official Wineries Unlimited 2011 event program!

What can you donate?
We are seeking a variety of donation items. Please note, due to Pennsylvania state law we are not able to accept donations of wine or alcohol. Donation suggestions include:
• Vineyard and winery-related items
• Wine-related gift items
• Exclusive wine tours, visits/stays at wineries or hotels, golf packages
• Gift certificates
The fundraiser consists of both a silent Trade Show auction and a Live auction, so you have two options to choose from when determining what product or service you would like to donate.
Trade Show Auction
The Trade Show Auction is a silent auction that will took place March 10-11 and included all items up to $399 in retail value. An auction area was set up on the trade show floor to display all of these donations and facilitate bidding.
Live Auction
Donations with a retail value of $400 and higher create the Live Auction, which will tookplace at the Best of the East Gala on the evening of March 10th. Donors contributing to the Live Auction sent us their company logo along with a pdf image of the donated item, both of which were projected onto a screen during the auction, allowing the audience to know that you are a supporter of the industry and ASEV/ES.
